SUN-KISS THE JET LAG If you travel by plane, there will be a bit chance for you to catch jet-lag. This is a common body condition affected by the drastic changing of temperature and decreased endurance. To counter it, make sure you get 20-30 minutes soaked under the sun immediately after you arrive.

DRINK, WATER , DANNY Keeping the body constantly hydrated is the most important thing on holiday. Bring a bottle of water to wherever you go and drink it regularly as much as possible. If you’re at a party, try to limit yourself and alternate them with glasses of water to avoid a crushing hangover the morning after.

BLISSFUL  SLUMBER If you run yourself ragged and don’t get a good night sleep, you risk of getting ill just because you’ve worn down your body’s defense. Sleep at least eight hours nightly to avoid getting sick and tired.
