Some of the temples built using Pura Pangukur-Ukuran as the center point are Pura Basukian, Pura Tirta Mangening, Pura Gunung Kawi and Pura Samuan Tiga. Legend also said that mighty warrior Kebo Iwa was once tested in this temple to prove himself in front of the kings and warriors from all across the island.
